Dance Ambassador Program

Accepting Application January 3 - January 24, 2026

Limited to 3–5 Dancers

This ambassador program is about more than photos — it’s about connection, creativity, and celebrating dancers who love movement, expression, and storytelling through imagery.

This is the first-ever Brandy Yi Photography Dance Ambassador Team, and because it’s our flagship year, the program is intentionally simple, personal, and experience-focused. Spots are open to dancers of all ages.

Spots are extremely limited.

What You Get as an Ambassador:

Three Creative Photoshoots

Ambassadors will participate in three individual dance photoshoots over a 6-month period.

Each session will take place at a different location (studio, outdoor, or unique creative setting) to create a diverse, portfolio-worthy collection.

Sessions are fully guided with posing, movement direction, and creative direction.

15 Finished Images Total

• 5 fully edited digital images per session

• High-resolution digital images with print release

• Delivered via online gallery

Exclusive Image Discount

Ambassadors may purchase additional images from each session at 30% off my standard image pricing.

Group Ambassador Announcement Session

All ambassadors will participate in a required group photoshoot to officially announce the ambassador team.

This session will be used to introduce the dancers across my website and social media platforms and to celebrate the launch of the program.

Who This Program Is For

This program is designed for dancers who:

• Love being in front of the camera

• Are expressive, confident, and creative

• Want professional images for portfolios, auditions, and social media

• Are excited to collaborate and be part of a creative team

Dancers of various styles are welcome, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, and more.

What We Ask

6-Month Commitment

The ambassador term will run for six months, during which dancers will:

• Participate in all scheduled photoshoots, including the required group session

• Share images and behind-the-scenes content from sessions on social media

• Add Brandy Yi Photography as a collaborator on all posts and reels using ambassador images or behind-the-scenes content

Active Dance Student

Applicants must currently be enrolled at a dance studio.

Social Media Participation

A public Instagram account is encouraged so images can be shared and featured.

(For dancers under 18, a parent-managed account is perfectly fine.)

Kindness & Professionalism

Ambassadors represent the heart of my brand. I’m looking for dancers and families who are kind, respectful, reliable, and supportive of one another.

Program Cost

There is NO participation fee for this first year.

This inaugural ambassador program is complimentary as I build and refine the experience.
